TotTap is operated by Ross Shelford. You can delete your account in the app or request deletion here if you no longer have access to it.
Delete in the app
Open TotTap, go to Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. This is the fastest option and starts deletion immediately.
Request deletion without the app
Email support from the address used for your TotTap account. Use the subject “TotTap account deletion” and ask us to delete the account. We may reply to verify ownership before completing the request.
What deletion removes
Your sign-in account, email address, profile, family membership, and unused invitations you created are removed. If another carer remains, the shared care history stays with that family but your user identifier and display name are removed from those events and replaced with “Former parent”. If you are the final carer, the family, baby labels, invitations, and care history are deleted too.
